Buyer's Premium is 20% and sales tax is 6.625% unless otherwise exempt. This is a TIMED AUCTION. It will be LIVE on Wednesday, March 31, 2021 at 9AM and END Tuesday, April 6, 2021 starting at 9AM at staggered 20-second intervals. The lots will have a soft close- if there is a bid placed in the last 10 minutes, it will extend bidding for an additional 10 minutes indefinitely. All winning bidders will be notified within 24 hours of the close of the last lot of the sale with their invoices and further instructions for pickup/shipping. At this point, you will be given a choice of payment. CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED. Credit cards will automatically be charged after 7 days if no payment has been made. Items not picked up after 14 days will incur a $5 per day charge. Items not picked up within 180 days will be considered abandoned, and your final charges will be charged on your card on file. If purchased items are not removed by the removal deadline, such purchased items will be deemed abandoned by the Buyer. Buyer shall forfeit all monies paid to Brooks Auction for such purchased items and shall forfeit any rights to such purchased items.
