This is a TIMED AUCTION. It will be LIVE on Friday, April 28, 2023 at 6 PM and END Wednesday, May 3, 2023, starting at 9 AM at staggered 20-second intervals. The lots will have a soft close- if there is a bid placed in the last 10 minutes, it will extend bidding for an additional 10 minutes indefinitely.

At the end of the sale, winning bidders will receive their total invoice in a timely manner, and can come to Brooks Auction to retrieve items as early as 2pm.

Most items can be shipped. Items must be picked up, or shipping must be arranged within 14 days following the sale. Any items left after 14 days will incur a storage charge of $5.00 per day, not to exceed 30 days total, and will be charged to your credit card on file. After 30 days all items will be considered abandoned and the Buyer shall forfeit any rights to such purchased items. Brooks Auction is not responsible for items that are not removed within the time specified.

We are happy to provide additional information or photos. All descriptions are written in good faith, and may be corrected at any time. All sales are final and no refunds will be granted. We are open for preview every weekday from 9am-4pm, and 2pm-7pm on Wednesdays.
